Yellow Light (PY-3) A tube of pasty, organic sunshine this. Also known as Hansa or Arylide Yellow, this is the organic pigment industry's standard bright yellow. Lacks the covering power and tinting strength of cadmium yellow light, but holds its own as a mixer, and of course lacks the toxicity associated with cadmium. Not to mention quite zingy when used full strength. Lightfastness: II; Semi-transparent Bound in alkali refined walnut oil. |
